NATION’S LARGEST PRO-TROOP GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATION TO ENDORSE ROCKY RACZKOWSKI AT RALLY THIS SATURDAY (Birmingham, MI) –
Move America Forward, the nation’s largest grassroots pro-troop organization, will lend the endorsement of its Freedom PAC to 9th Congressional Candidate Rocky Raczkowski this Saturday from 12 to 2 p.m. at a troop salute and veterans/military family rally at Shiawassee Park in Farmington, Mich.

"As a soldier, I am honored to have the endorsement of Move America Forward, whose mission work on behalf of our troops is near and dear to my heart," stated Rocky. "I know firsthand how much it means when serving overseas and in hostile terrain to receive a care package, an encouraging note and the warm gratitude of pro-troop outfits exemplified by Move America Forward."
The primary focus of the Move America Forward PAC is to help war veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan who are running for Congress and/or those candidates who will strongly support America’s troops before Congress, especially when it comes to winning the war against Al Qaeda and its allies. The organization also advocates for the elimination of excessive rules of engagement, which constrain our military and put them at an unfair advantage and expose them to greater risk in fighting the Taliban and Al Qaeda.
Rocky, the Republican seeking to unseat freshman Democrat Gary Peters, enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves at the age of 17. His 24 year military career includes two tours in the War on Terror, most recently in the Horn of Africa. Rocky was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service during combat operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Slated to appear at the rally are former U.S. Navy SEAL Ben Smith who served in Iraq from 2000 – 2005, and Gold Star Mom Debbie Lee, whose son, Marc, was the first Navy SEAL to be killed in Iraq and who was awarded a Silver Star for valor, posthumously.

Paid for by Rocky for Congress
