ICAUCUS CANDIDATE BRETT LOYD

Here is a brief note of Brett Loyd, candidate for Indiana State House, district 70.  Indiana is having an early primary next week, May 4, and Brett should be the nominee for his district. He personafies our Icaucus endorsed candidates:

"The Courier Journal exposed today that my primary opponent is being funded by outside interests to the tune of $81,000. I have run as a solid conservative on the issues and thought that is what the primary should be about. Suddenly it has become a referendum on outside groups trying to buy a primary. Republicans in VA, NY and FL have said loud and clear this year to those who would try to tip the scales, "Stay out of our primary! We can choose our candidate ourselves!" To the voters of District 70, I am beholden to no one but you. I have campaigned for a year, and have met 1,000's of you in every corner of the district. In the last 4 months, I have personally knocked on nearly 3,000 doors and made 1,300 phone calls. If I would not have time for you now during the primary, why would you expect me to have time for you should I get elected? How interested can a candidate be to hire a telemarketer to call you to ask for your vote as my opponent has done? To my friends and supporters in District 70, obviously I am ahead in the polls. Don't be distracted by slick TV ads and telemarketers. The only endorsement I need is yours. I respectively ask for your vote on May 4."http://brettloydfordistrict70.com/

MICHIGAN ENDORSED CANDIDATES NEED YOUR SUPPORT NOW

We've all been to dozens of tea parties, townhalls, educational events etc. We chatter on Facebook and tweet all we can. Is that enough? It's fun and we think we are doing something constructive to help bring the country back. It is not enough. Get involved, become organized, take on a position to help. Michigan has at this moment three Icaucus http://www.icaucus.org/ endorsed candidates and it is time we start seriously supporting them either through donations or as volunteers with their campaigns.  There will be more candidates posted soon, but lets help these three get a headstart.

Rocky Raczkowski, candidate for 9th congressional district

Hundreds, maybe thousands of patriots are involved in all different 9/12 groups and forums. How many of them are actually picking up a ball and are running with it?  Not that many. It is always the same names and profile pictures that I come across.  We need to get serious and pitch in wherever we can.  If time is an issue and you like computer work, join us at the http://www.icaucusvirtualteam.ning.com/ and help with posting on Facebook, tweeting, blogging, digging  etc for candidates around the country, those that have special or early elections.  Try it, you might like it.

MICHIGAN CANDIDATE FOR CONGRESS ROCKY RACZKOWSKI GOT MARRIED

April 10, 2010 Rocky Raczkowski was married to beautiful Amalia. My husband and I had the honor of attending the wedding. It was beautiful, to say the least. With Amalia now at his side, Rocky is complete. He will make a perfect congressman. I've been supporting Rocky since the day of his announcement speech. That was before he got the well deserved endorsement from the Independence Caucus http://www.icaucus.org// See his endorsement here: http://tinyurl.com/yhcfb9q To learn more about Rocky and to join his campaign or make a donation to the campaign, click here http://www.rockyworksforus.com// He currently has 2 opponents to beat before the primary. But after that he has to compete with the US Congress' most liberal representative, that voted 95% with his party and has 1.5 Mill in his warchest. To win this seat will be crucial not only for his district or state, but for the entire country. Enjoy this beautiful wedding photo.

WILL THE "PARTY" EVER GET IT?

In this upcoming election it will be We The People who will choose and elect their next representative. The RNC, the GOP ought to stay out of the way. I mentioned this before that here in my own county the party thinks they determine who the next representative will be, pour out endorsements and money on candidates that the general public don't agree on. The same goes for the media, they always think they are the most qualified to pick a candidate, republican or democrat, it really doesn't matter. They, too, should stay out of the way. This is just more of the same old, same old that we are trying to get away from.
The same is happening in northern Michigan. Before Stupak even announced his retirement, the media, cable TV, and the RNC already declared him as the number one candidate to run against him. What do we even know about the guy other than that he is a doc, has good moral values and is very conservative.  Is he? Has he been vetted?  He won't even respond to the invite to be vetted. Who will toughen him up to stand against the democratic machine during a campaign. He sounds like a political "lightweight" who won't stand the scrutiny of voters who are on a massive roll to make some BIG changes in August and November!! Does the media know that the folks in northern Michigan don't even want this guy.  There are other options. There is Linda Goldthorpe http://www.lindaforcongress/ and Mr. Stillings http://www.stillingsforcongress/ These two are being vetted by Icaucus http://www.icaucus.org/ and no one even mentions them. They are qualified candidates, please don't ignore them and take a look at them, too. Today I heard of another potential candidate, qualified good guy, but I can't release the name yet.
I've been battling with myself if I should print the following material that was sent to me. No, I'll hold off.  I just say this, the big powers in the party are funneling money to Benishek and pulling his strings like a puppet, and that is a big problem. They haven't gotten the message that they are not invited to do so. Perhaps if more and more people stop sending money to the party and only give to the candidates, like we have been doing, maybe they will get the message eventually.
